Mark Bussey, founder of Bussey and Giudice, began practicing law in July of 1978. He attended the University of Virgina undergraduate school before moving to Georgia to enroll at the University of Georgia School of Law. He passed both the Georgia and Virginia bar exams in 1978. After taking the Virginia Bar exam Mr. Bussey returned to Georgia to set up a private practice that grew steadily over the next 27 years. Although initially Mr. Bussey handled Family Law and Bankruptcy matters, his practice soon began to focus strictly on Personal Injury cases. During his years of practicing law Mr. Bussey has dealt with thousands of Personal Injury cases ranging through simple negligence matters, serious injury claims, product liability matters, and wrongful death cases. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Over the years Mr. Bussey has been active in several charitable organizations including: Flying Doctors of America, Medical Expeditions International, Orphanage Outreach, and The Atlanta Humane Society.
