Johnny B. Terrell is a graduate of Woodrow Wilson College of Law, and has been in private general practice since 1976 with various partnerships and well-known law firms throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area. Johnny Terrell is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Cobb County Bar Association. In addition to the local State and Superior Courts Mr. Terrell is licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Northen District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia.

Johnny joined Bussey & Giudice in September 1990, and is the managing attorney for the firm. He has represented clients in thousands of Personal Injury cases throughout his career with his current practice being limited to Personal Injury cases, including but not limited to, wrongful death, automobile accidents, slip & fall cases, workers’ compensation, product liability and medical malpractice cases.

Johnny was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia where he has continued to reside since 1951. His wife Carol works in the medical field, and in addition to his two children has six grandchildren. Johnny’s mother and his two brothers reside in the area. His oldest brother is retired from the Cobb County Fire Department while his younger brother works in law enforcement. Johnny’s late father, Wendell Terrell, Sr., was an attorney and practiced law in the metro-Atlanta area for many years.
